Further to my letter to you
in the summer dated 30th July 2009, copy enclosed for ease of
reference, it is now evident that you show little or no respect for
staff in respect of rewarding them for their efforts to make record
profits for the Company.
Staff flatly rejected the 1%
that you offered, and you, together with the Management Union the IDU,
are now trying to impose this on staff. This is nothing short of an
insult to hard working employees at all levels, whilst Management enjoy
the usual fat pay packets and bonuses.
I should state that you
would not be able to raise your family and live in your luxury
accommodation in Kent if you were on a salary of a Call Centre Worker or
a member of Patrol staff.
I again urge you to revise
your tactics; in maximising company profits and sharing same with those
who least deserve it.
Yours sincerely,
PAUL GRAFTON
