To all Patrol’s,
With held hours/Standby
For those Patrol’s that are having difficulty attempting to book standby and
with held hours it would seem that CRP have a different agenda to the rest of
the Patrol Force. The agreements regarding booking that are in place are not
Contractual, however for those members that wish to act upon this please feel
free to contact me and Grievances will be placed Nationally upon your behalf,
these will all be sent in on the same day and will not be dealt with
collectively. Morally wise I fail to see why the AA is making this so awkward
for staff as it does nothing but destroy good will and dampen moral. Please
contact me via Email or letter and not by phone if you wish to instigate a
Grievance so they can be collated in bulk.
Hand cleaning Health and safety
A gentle reminder that if you Use Swoop you must either wash any residue off
with water or use hand wipes to ensure no oil/grease/swoop is left on your
hands prior to eating. If you do not have an envirowash in your Vehicle you
must have the wipes. If these are not available contact you’re AM and advise
him that there are no wipes available and that you will need to ensure that
when you take your lunch you are near facilities to cleanse your hands
properly.
New Reps
We have some more new reps coming on shortly, if you would like to be in a
position to seek transparency and fairness on behalf of your colleagues and
have a little time to spare, not that there is much of that about nowadays
then give me a ring on the number below.
